Now really, who does!? I mean really , spending all that time putting things away and then having to spend time finding them again when you want to play! Know what I mean!?
I hope that wasn't the mess my kids left the other day. If so I will have a talk with them and they will find it in their hearts to do something nice for your daughter for cleaning up after them. The photos do look familiar though.
I don't think so, Dawn. I came down that next morning and the place looked pretty good. I'm pretty sure she made that whole mess. :)
I've been trying for awhile to find a better way to store dress-up clothes so that they're easy to access AND put away. Currently, we use a bin, pegs, and some hangers. I thought a bin would be easiest because you can just toss the clothes in, but it's also real easy to pull them all out. That's when you get what you see in these pics. I might switch to drawers.
The girls bedroom frequently gets like that from there dress up clothes and barbies! Glad to see they aren't the only ones... I've found Maddie hiding in a bin like that when supposed to clean also.
That closet looks familiar! My daughters closet looks the same!! By the way.. Just wanted to let you know that you won the true/false quiz on my blog!!!
Last weekend I cleaned Haley's room, put away all her toys out away all her clothes & hung up all her clothes in her closet that she had on the floor and on Monday she has a friend over for 2 hours. They were outside most of the time but they still managed to take down every piece of clothing hanging in her closet and pile them on the floor....and then she pouts and gets upset when I nicely ask her to clean up her mess...
I'm just impressed she can fit in there! LOL I know I shouldn't be laughing because I'm sure she was quite ticked off, but I always LIKE to hear kids are still being kids. And that means cleaning up after one self too. Bummer though. But she'll look back at these pictures and laugh.

Awww. I just double clicked on the second picture and I can see a little tear in the corner of her eye!
At least she got the mess cleaned up in the end. :D

Jodi - Welcome! Yeah , I can't even remember when I could bend like that!
Purpleworms - I totally know what you mean, and I empathize with my daughter.
Steffi - Hmmm. I'm "glad" to know that it's not going to get any better!
Peter - Nope. Mas was safe and sound.

Wow...I'd freak in a small space like that. I'm not claustrophobic...but I do have a fear of being in a barrel and not being able to move or get out.
And like Dawn said...if it was our kids.....

Is she related to my daughter?

Terri - Ohh, girls and their dolls. Wouldn't it be nice to have somewhere we could go and hide when WE don't want to do something?
Sirdar - Reallly? This is good to know. Hmmmmm. (imagine me twiddling my fingers under my chin) ;)
And, seriously, a mess like that could happen around here in minutes. I'm sure it wasn't your kids. :)
Heather (of the Zoo) - Your true/fale game was cute. A great way to get to know some stuff about ya.
Heather (Ecletic) - We've totally been there.
Joy - I know what you mean. I like seeing kids being just kids. AND cleaning up their messes!! :D
