Ear Reflexology

I can’t believe that I didn’t write about this sooner. Last weekend - not this weekend but the weekend before that – I went to my friend, G’s, house on the other side of the country. Well, it’s not really on the other side of the country but it feels like it sometimes. She’s actually on the other side of the city. Annnyyywayyyy, I went to her place to get an Ear Reflexology treatment. She’s been studying and practicing Reflexology of the feet for awhile, but just recently took a course for the ears. She had a practicum to do, which meant she had to do a certain amount of ears by the time her test came up. I had never even heard of Reflexology for ears before this, but I was game to try, and I’m glad that I did! It was soooo gooood. Very relaxing. I’m always tense in my shoulder area, and I literally felt them relax. After she was finished I had to pry my eyes open I was so relaxed. I would definitely do that again. I wished she lived closer. :(

I’m very proud of my friend, G. She’s out there learning something new, and she’s doing so well. This weekend she worked the local tradeshow to strum up some business. She works in an office at the moment, but I believe would like to turn Reflexology into a full time gig someday. She’s also delved into Reiki, but I haven’t tried that...yet.

So, here’s some unsolicited promotion for my dear friend. For those of you who live in my general area (you know who you are!) please email me if you’re interested in trying out Reflexology or Reiki from my friend. You won’t be disappointed.

A wonderful idea and therapeutic too.

I hope many more will take up and derive benefit.

I am deathly afraid of having my body touched by people I don't know. It's one of the reasons I hate having my hair cut. Our community league is having a home based business fair, is that the sort of thing she could get business from?

Across the city from you....hey that means she must be close to me!! I went to a Reflexologist once and just loved it. Don't know why I never returned but have been meaning to go back. I've never heard of reflexology for the ears, sounds kinda weird LOL But then my hubby thinks people 'messing' with your feet is kind of weird too. When I'm back on my feet I'd love to give her a try.

I've had the reflexology done on my feet before. From what she told me I actually went to my doctor and he had some tests done. I was diagnosed with a liver problem that she found.

But and ear reflexology? That is a new one. Might want to try that. I can assure you I have the stiff shoulders going on right now.

Really, Emma? Deathly afraid? Wow. I'l ask her about the busness fair. Thanks for the suggestion!

Joy - Yes, you're right. Let me know if you want her info.

Sirdar - That's amazing! I didn't know they could do THAT! If you get a chance to try the ear one you should. And it's only 15 minutes!!
