We went to my mom's house this morning to build a ginger bread house. The children loved it, of course, and were hyped up on sugar by 11:00 am. Whoo hoooooo! Gotta love kids on candy. They did have a lovely time. Thanks, mom, for inviting us. :)

That looks like the same kit we got for the kids when their younger cousins came over for the day. They had a blast making it. I see it is in pieces in the cookie jar. Not sure how edible it is anymore....
It was great having the grandchildren over to build the gingerbread house and also enjoyed having them for lunch. It was a great morning and afternoon.
