O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree
We went out with the Junior Forest Wardens today to cut Christmas trees for this year's fundraiser. It was a long, but fun day. Adrian brought along his outfitter's tent. We had a weiner roast, and there were even some chestnuts roasting on the open fire. Jack Frost wasn't nipping noses today, though - it was gorgeous weather.

That tent sure gets used. Definitely a good thing to have.
Lately, we have been using it more often. It's much easier since Adrian got the poles made. We use to have to find logs to use instead.
The song "Chestnuts roasting on an open fire" - comes to mind - and such a festive scene too.
