A Shopping We Will Go
I spent some of our homeschool funding today. Yeah! I bought a new spelling curriculum that I’m eager to try. It’s called “Spelling Power”. Then I went to Staples. I was originally there for coloured paper, but I couldn’t leave without browsing through the store. I found a bunch of other stuff that would be fun to use in our school room. Poster boards with cool boarders, some wipe-off sentence strips (those are neat), some more dry erase markers, Sharpy markers, and brightly coloured flaggy things. I also picked up a couple of Christmas presents. Ahhh. Shopping puts me in a good mood. I never would have thought that shopping for educational supplies would be fun, but I love it. I’ve gotta be careful, though, because I can get carried away and buy stuff that I’ll never use. I think I did okay today, though…I’ve got to decorate our new school room don’t I?

shopping or spending money is always fun,we just don't have enough money to do alot of it, most of the time.

...and now you know why public school cost so much...they send teachers like you to Staples and they just can't stop buying!! :-) Buying for a home school home can be expensive as there are so many neat things you can use for teaching.
