The Jury Did Right

I don’t understand why there would be any “outrage” with the verdict of Katrina Effort. She murdered her baby! What in the world does her family and friends think? That she should just get a slap on the hand?! Hooray to the jury for seeing past her 20 year old sweetness. She deserves to be locked up for the minimum 10 years. It’ll give her time to think and realize how selfish and malicious she was to have killed an innocent baby. Perhaps her family will realize, too. Probably not. They’ll just go on blaming the justice system that THIS time did the right thing.
